2019 YCC March 26 Deadline for Applications

NCBA Young Cattlemen's Conference (YCC), May 29 - June 7

ASA will again sponsor a young Simmental leader to attend the National Cattlemen's Beef Association (NCBA) Young Cattlemen's Conference (YCC) ~ May 30- June 8, 2018. To participate in ASA's sponsorship, individuals must be ASA and NCBA members and must be between the ages of 25 to 50.  ASA will pay the registration fee - the participant is responsible for travel expenses. The ASA participant is required to submit an article to the Register recapping their experience at YCC. 

The primary objective is to develop leadership qualities in young cattlemen and expose them to all aspects of the beef industry. The tour helps these young leaders understand all areas of our industry ranging from industry structure to issues management, from production research to marketing.
